ClockBox operates from ClockWork at Słowackiego 55/1 in Poznań. Since 2016 we have supported companies, founders and internationally mobile professionals. Your delivery is handled by a front desk you can contact.
FAQ
Before you order.
ClockBox is a private correspondence and returns service. It is not a Polish Post P.O. box, a residential address or a registered-office service for KRS or CEIDG. Registered mail may require additional authorisation or prior arrangements. We do not accept dangerous, perishable, unlawful or carrier-prohibited goods.
Can I use ClockBox as a registered company address?+
No. ClockBox is for correspondence and returns. Choose our Virtual Office service if you need a KRS or CEIDG registered address.
Is 100 pages the maximum scan limit?+
No. It is the number included in your monthly subscription. Additional scans are handled under the current price list.
How long do I have to decide about originals?+
We keep originals for 30 days from receipt. During that period you may collect them or request forwarding.
Where can you forward deliveries?+
To a chosen address in an EU member state, provided the carrier accepts the item and its contents.
